1. Learning Unit #3 General Notes

This Learning Unit is dedicated mostly to understanding the sub-object (edit mode) elements of an object. We will also continue on with some tutorials in mesh modeling

  • View the Video Tutorials: Outliner Window, Text Window, Vertices Edges and Faces, Selecting Vertices, Selecting Edges, Selecting Faces, Subdivide, Extruding, Extrude Constraints and Organic Extrusion.

  • Work through (with your copy of Blender open) the 3 PDF tutorials: My Blender, Mesh Modeling Vase and Mesh Modeling Hand. Any files you might need for the PDF tutorials are located in the zip file associated with the tutorial. Click on the zip file link and download it to your computer. Open the zip file from there and extract the files.
