Endoscopy
Description:Endoscopy is the first "invasive" technique we consider in respiratory system diagnostic techniques. A flexible fiberoptic endoscope can be passed through the nares and nasal passages back to the laryngeal region in large animals with only restraint and mild sedation. The procedure allows direct visualzation of the largyngeal region. General anesthsia is usually required in small animals.
